CS Holiday Chalets
Prices
Prices start from £42 a day. Weekend and short breaks available on request, minimum of 3 days. Please contact me for availability and price for your preferred dates.
Booking and Payment
Once availability has been confirmed you should send a £50 non-refundable deposit to secure your preferred dates which can be paid by cheque(payable to Caron Smith) ,bank transfer or paypal. The balance of your payment should then be paid no later than four weeks before your arrival date. If your booking is made less than four weeks before your arrival date payment must be made in full. One reminder will be given for final payment, if payment is then not received we reserve the right to re-let the chalet. There is a further refundable £70 damages deposit which will be refunded no later than one week after your leaving date providing the chalet is as you found it.
Included in your stay
IAll bedding, Hand towels and Tea towels will be provided for use in the chalet only. Bath towels are not included. Electric is extra by £1 coin slot.
Arriving and Departing
Keys for the chalet will be made available in a key safe at the chalet for your arrival time which is after 3pm.
Departure is by 10am please, keys to be left securely in the key safe before you leave.
